The rooms were clean and kitchen well stocked with all utensils and appliances that you would need. Including dishwasher and dishes. Loved the view from the balcony (ocean front). Bed was very comfortable if you like soft mattress. Will need to bring hair dryer. Wish check-in was earlier than 4pm and check-out was at least 11am. Otherwise we loved the place and it was a good value compared to surrounding rentals. It was also great plus that there were sand chairs at the rental because the umbrellas and chairs are taken down at 5pm. Note: Make sure you go down early if you want to reserve chairs.

K. Family from East TN We loved our stay at island echos 6bc. This spacious condo had everything we needed for our wonderful week at the beach. Everything was clean and orderly, welcoming and comfortable. The beach access is quick and easy. No complaints here. Looking forward to our next trip!

Wonderful end unit, quiet. Beautiful ocean front view! Condo was perfect for a couple, it had everything needed for our stay. We did not cook, was equipped with cups, plates, bowls, coffee maker, toaster and blender. We made use of some of these, did not check out cook ware. No problem checking in code worked for door, remote for tv worked fine, wifi great. One remote did not contain batteries, not sure what that remote was for. We didn't need it. 2 beach chairs with umbrella came with unit and these were much appreciated. We would stay here again. Do not get in early or you will wait. We were 1 hour early due to not anticipating the time change. Even though unit was vacant you can't check in. Key pad code will work at exactly at check in time. We called when we arrived and were told unless we receive a early check in text we can't check in. We had to wait an hour.

Love how close condo was to the beach. Very short walk. Facilities were great. We had issue with water pressure one day and it was repaired very quickly, same day. Condo is beautifully decorated and amenities were perfect. Wish Ft. Walton had more to offer for families in general. Not much has changed in 35 years. Overall, great trip and would definitely recommend Island Echo's for your vacation stay.

We have been to Fort Walton many times over the years, but this is our first stay at Island Echos. I really liked it. The condo was nice, had a great view. A couple of small issues with the room, but in general this place is pretty nice. I would definitely stay here again.

We've stayed several years at the same condo. It's beautiful and our favorite place for our family vacation. This was the first time we had some minor service requests that were not addressed even after calling multiple times. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and look forward to next summer.

Our room was a last-minute booking. The cleanliness was questionable, but it said it was newly listed by Vacasa. So, maybe it hadn't been updated and cleaned well yet. The building and amenities were great. The view and proximity to the beach were amazing.

We enjoyed our stay here overall but there were a few things we missed. PROS - Having access to beach chairs and umbrellas every day was nice - The condo is smaller so there weren't a ton of people on the beach all the time - Nice restaurants nearby CONS - We really missed not having a hot tub. It would have been nice especially during the rainy parts of our trip. - The condo we stayed in had carpet throughout and that felt weird.
